Let's Talk about Stress

Let's talk about stress the causes and it's effects.

This is a complex subject and cannot fully be addressed in one blog post. So will post regularly on the topic.

What causes stress? 

External pressures such as others demands.

Internal pressures such as the desires in making progress in life's goals.

Frustrations can build up. For example when the former gets too intense or the later is subject to external factors.

This is the first of hopefully many posts on this vast but important topic.

I certainly don't have the answer to stress so these posts will he personal to me what stresses me out.

If things work for me or help me. I will post here as well.

One of the original reasons for starting the blog in the first place. 

As a very introverted person it was very difficult to find any outlet for my feelings and sensitivities.

Any one who reads this I do hope it helps if you are going through similar experiences.
