A prayer that all are safe as storm Bertt hits the UK. That all those caught up in flooding and the like seek shelter and receive all the help and support they require to rebuild any disruption to their lives.

Went to see Gladiator 2 yesterday with my son. Enjoyed the movie. Particularly enjoyed the influence of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Odyssey on the movie. The set piece in the colosseum with the battle of Salamis taken straight from the game was a nice touch in my view. The influence of video games and the like on the modern generation and mine is an interesting one. Storytelling has evolved to include many influences over time.  Most importantly it was a good day out with my son and hope he enjoyed it too.
