USA 5 - 1 SCOTLAND Not good enough Craig Levein. I am sure we are going to get a lot of hard luck stories from various sources. About how our nation is only 5,000,000 strong and shouldn't be expected to beat a nation such as the USA. But at a sport where we pour so much of our hard earned resources into, we should expect a bit more return for our money. With the up and coming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and Scotland a team that was once in the top 20 footballing nations of the world. We have a lot to work on if Scotland are to progress in the tournament. Looking at the stats it looks like we held onto the ball well but failed to make headway towards the goal. Looking at the highlights we just couldn't find a way to stop the United States from scoring. There has been a lot of talk of improved coaching / coaches.
